Project description
Split is the second-largest city in the Republic of Croatia and the largest Croatian city on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea. Framed by mountains—Mosor to the northeast and Kozjak to the northwest—it lies between the Žrnovnica River to the east and the Jadro River to the north, extending westward into the sea with its peninsular section, where the Marjan forest stands out, stretching to the island of Čiovo. With 15 kilometers of seaside promenades, it forms an ideal blend with the stone streets of the old town, spreading the Mediterranean spirit throughout.
